Do they pray? How do they stand the sight of blood? When they get the flu, do they usually have a fever? Do they have a scar that is sore when the weather turns cold?
Do they have allergies, but only when traveling to Texas or North Carolina? Do they always keep antihistamines on-hand? Do they throw up every time they see oysters?
Do they throw up if they see someone else throwing up?
How is your character when they are weak? When they have no money in their bank account? Are they desperate? Are they mad? Do they gamble?
How is your character when they’re sexually frustrated, when they want something they can’t have? Or do they never want sex, and instead fake the desire so they seem normal?
How do they act in a church, when confronted with the idea of a powerful god?
Do they sometimes have low blood sugar? What foods do they crave? How do they act when they cannot get those foods?
If they have an itch, say, from a mosquito bite, can they resist the urge to scratch?
How do they act when a loved one dies? Have they ever entered a denial so bad, their family had to come together to confront them? Do they need help throwing away old possessions? Do they save expired coupons, but they don’t know why?
Where do they bury their dead pets? Or did they avoid having pets because they knew they could never stand the pain?
Do they cry at night? And why?
If they menstruate, what do they watch on TV when they’re feeling extra sensitive and weepy?
Do they feel uncomfortable talking about their father? Their son? Their grandmother? Is their first memory a good one?
How do they act when they have to take care of another person? Do they cook fresh meals, or order in? Do they have medications on-hand? Where do they keep their thermometer? Have they ever taken someone else to the doctor? To surgery? Have they ever been around someone who has had a baby?
Have they had a baby themselves? Did they plan in advance, take classes? Did they avoid appointments and hide the positive test? Did they schedule a C-section?
Have they ever been sick and had no idea why? Did they trust doctors, or seek out healers? Did they ever figure it out, or do they live with a mystery ailment that flares up when they are stressed?
